RoboCup23 is recruiting its volunteers !
Participate as a volunteer in RoboCup23, the world’s largest robotics and artificial intelligence competition! There are many volunteer positions available to help organize this event.
Which profiles?
We are looking for volunteers who want to invest themselves in this great project that is the RoboCup 2023 through various missions.
If you are interested in new technologies, robotics and artificial intelligence and you want to participate in this exceptional adventure, then you are exactly what we are looking for!
To apply :
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental permission if you are a minor
- Be able to finance and pay for your travel if necessary (visa, flights, accommodation, transportation)
- Fluency in English or another language is an advantage
What roles are available?
RoboCupers Registration
3,500 RoboCupers from all over the world move to Bordeaux with their 3,000 robots to compete. Are you bilingual, organized and rigorous ? Help us welcome them during the event.
RoboCupers accompaniment
The RoboCupers will be very concentrated during the competition and they will need your help ! You are bilingual, you have knowledge of robotics and in RoboCup ? Support them and you’ll be as close as you can get to their robots !
Public welcome and information
40,000 visitors are expected during the event. That makes 40,000 people to welcome, 40,000 people to inform ! You have a good sense of communication, you are reactive, dynamic and organized ? Apply now!
General assistance
The competition and joint events take place on 30,000m2 at the Exhibition Center. In order to cover them, we need dynamic people with a sense of organization for the management of spaces and facilities. Are you ready?
RoboCupJunior competitions refereeing
You’re a master of the whistle blast ? Are you a good instructor and have scientific and/or robotics skills ? Then come and referee the matches of the RoboCupJunior competitions.
Creation of content on social networks
Doesn’t anything escape you? Do you have the creative mind of an influencer ? Join the RoboCup social networking team !
Scientific mediation for the general public
Expert in robotics and artificial intelligence, adept at new technologies ? Pass on your knowledge and passion to the 40,000 visitors.
Official times
Outside the competitions, the event will be punctuated by ceremonies and official times. You are organized, smiling and bilingual, you can greet guests on official times and help with the RoboCupers awards ceremony.

You are creative and have some knowledge in taking shots ? Then come and film RoboCup !
Photographer
You’re creative and know how to capture the best moment ? Come and photograph the competitions and joint events during RoboCup.
